Generation Renovations is a family-owned interior design and project management firm, proudly serving Northwest Florida with a commitment to creating stunning, functional spaces. Led by the father-daughter team of Casandra Crowson and Jim Wilson, both Florida locals (FWBHS 1985 & Choctaw 2012) we combine creative design with a foundation of decades-long construction expertise to transform residential and commercial environments.
Casandra Crowson - Interior Designer
Casandra Crowson has a remarkable gift for interior design, cultivated from years of hands-on experience. From an early age, she worked alongside her father and grandfather, redesigning and transforming homes, which sparked her lifelong passion for the craft. Her approach to design is intuitive, blending modern elegance with a personalized touch to elevate every space she works on. Known for her innovative ideas and an innate ability to translate client visions into reality, Cassandra’s work speaks volumes, turning homes and businesses into environments that inspire and impress.
Jim Wilson - Veteran Builder & Project Manager
Jim Wilson brings over 30 years of construction experience, with an impressive portfolio of projects that span both local and international work. A native of Northwest Florida, Jim has been instrumental in some of the region's most notable construction projects, including government projects such as overseeing the construction of flight simulators at Hurlburt Field and multiple facility upgrades at Tyndall Air Force Base as well as many local buildings that you use every day like the Shalimar Admin Building, NAS Pensacola, and many residential projects.
Jim’s expertise extends beyond the U.S., having spent four years overseeing a $30 million project to build medical clinics in Kenya with Chugach Government Solutions. His broad experience ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and precision, leveraging his deep understanding of local building practices and expertise.
We combine Casandra’s fresh, inspired design vision with Jim’s technical mastery of construction. Together, we ensure that every project is crafted with care, from the initial concept to the final detail, bringing your dream spaces to life.
